Your Client Parlour is intended to be a living private archive of your Legacy Couture Commission—a place where ideas are refined, milestones are celebrated, and your legacy story gradually takes shape.
This space has been thoughtfully created to guide you through each stage of your commission, from our initial consultations through to the completion of your couture garment, legacy portrait, and finished artwork. As your commission progresses, your personalised Private Client Pages will be updated with important information, progress reports, correspondence, appointments, and behind-the-scenes developments as your project evolves.
Within your Private Client Pages you will find:
Atelier Forms
Correspondence from the Atelier
Access to the Atelier Calendar confirming your appointments
Progress updates for your couture and/or portrait commission
Your investment and payment schedule
Your commission documents
Throughout your commission, you will be invited to complete selected Atelier Forms relating to appointments, measurements, portrait planning, artwork selections, and approvals. Each form and document will be introduced at the appropriate stage of your journey, and we will guide you every step of the way.
