Note: Every commission is unique. Timelines vary according to design complexity, availability of materials, scheduling requirements, and the extent of any hand embellishment. Extensive hand embroidery, embellishment, or additional design modifications may require a revised timeline, a separate quoation and an adjustment to the final commission fee. 

Milestone 1 — Commission Accepted

What Happens

• Consultation completed

• Design selected from capsule collection

• Personalisation options discussed

• Indicative timeline provided

• Commission Agreement issued

Payment - 25% Non-Refundable Reservation Fee

Purpose:

• Reserves a place in the atelier schedule

• Covers consultation, planning and administration

Client receives:

• Commission Agreement

• Welcome Pack

Milestone 2 — Design Approval

What Happens

• Fabrics selected

• Colourways confirmed

• Embellishment options confirmed

• Measurements taken

• Final quotation approved

Payment - 25% Design & Materials Instalment

Purpose:

• Fabric purchases

• Trims

• Embellishment materials

• Pattern development

At this point the project is fully authorised to proceed.

Milestone 3 — Production Commences

What Happens

• Materials received

• Pattern work completed

• Construction begins

Payment - 25% Construction Instalment

Purpose:

• Labour

• Atelier time

• Specialist techniques

Client receives:

• Progress update

• Workroom photographs (if desired)

Milestone 4 — Final Fitting

What Happens

• Garment substantially complete

• Final adjustments identified

• Finishing details confirmed

Payment - No payment required.

Milestone 5 — Completion & Delivery

What Happens

• Garment completed

• Final pressing

• Packaging

• Collection or shipment

Payment - 25% Final Balance

Required before collection or delivery.
